R Narayan is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Power2SME. Under his stewardship, Power2SME enjoys a position of prominence in sectors in which it operates. Responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the organization, he has an impressive track record of developing robust business strategies and taking the company to newer heights. He sets the overall direction for the business and focuses on the scalability and growth of the business. A qualified Cost Accountant, Narayan brings on board more than 26 years of experience. A seasoned entrepreneur, Narayan was also the Founder and CEO of Denave, India's largest technology powered sales enabling services company, prior to forming Power2SME. He continues as a Board Member at Denave.
Mr. K. Chandrachoodan is an experienced banker with expertise in Regulation, Supervision, Compliance and Payment systems. Over a career spanning nearly forty years, he has worked across a wide swath of the banking/ non - banking, landscape with stints in Central Banks, International Organizations, Commercial Banks and Non-Banking financial companies. In addition, he has served as a member of Board of Directors in Microfinance and Asset Management companies. Having served in both SBI & RBI, he was appointed as Banking Ombudsman to Gujarat, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, for redress of grievances against banking services through mediation and settlement in RBI. He was also seconded for stints with Bank of Mauritius as Director of Supervision, and with the International Monetary Fund as Regional Advisor in Banking Supervision to five Anglophone countries in West Africa. He will be monitoring the compliance function in Auriolus.
Deepak Gupta is responsible for the development of Power2SME’s financial management strategy. He has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting, handling financial strategies for startups, financial modelling, setting up internal controls & processes, tax and compliances. Before joining Power2SME, he held key roles in firms like Genesis Colors, Reliance Retail, Haier Appliances, Chequepoint Group UK and Calcom Electronics Ltd. with last two years as Managing Partner in his entrepreneurial venture - Golden Saplings. During his stint in Genesis Colors and Reliance Retail, he led key initiatives in several internal processes in finance, ERP, strategy and business and contributed significantly in championing business efficiency. He is a commerce graduate from SRCC, Delhi University, a fellow chartered accountant and a cost accountant.
A well-seasoned finance professional for over 2 decades, Amit Bhatnagar heads business and operations at BizFunds. Well-acquainted with MSME financing, in the span of his career, Amit has had cross functional exposure in MSME sector credit underwriting, MSME Business Development, Product Development and Financial Inclusion. His vast experience in the sector is what enables him to create innovative credit solutions for the SME sector as per their demands and needs and drive financial inclusion at the core of all BizFunds offerings. Previously associated with companies like Kotak Mahindra, HDFC and ICICI, Amit did his B.Tech from University of Allahabad and has an MBA from FMS, University of Udaipur.
Vibhor drives business strategy for the Company and is actively involved in new business initiatives, financial process restructuring, leading partnerships with financial institutions, team hiring and fund raising. He spent 7 years in Private Equity with SAIF Partners in India, sourcing and leading marquee investments including PayTM/ One97, JustDial and MakeMyTrip.com. Earlier, as a Consultant with BCG, he worked with numerous clients across technology, telecom, financial services and industrial goods verticals. Vibhor is an MBA (Gold Medalist) from IIM Bangalore, and holds a B.E. degree in Computers from Delhi Institute of Technology (renamed NSIT).
